Leading-edge cabin interiors will, for the first time, be exhibited under the new AIM Altitude name at the Aircraft Interiors Expo 2015. AIM Aviation and Altitude Aerospace Interiors officially became one company in September 2014 but this is the first major event at which the company has exhibited since it was launched as AIM Altitude. The combined strengths of the new company will bring a new dimension to its already notable exhibition concept.
The Aircraft Interiors Expo will provide the opportunity for AIM Altitude to bring together the skills and vision of its teams in the UK and New Zealand to showcase its expanding capabilities. AIM Altitude will reveal a series of innovative ideas, augmenting its striking concept bar to include a full set of front-row furniture, revealing state-of-the-art materials and features.
Richard Bower, Group Commercial Director at AIM Altitude, explains: “Our concept bar proved extremely successful at last year’s show and we are excited by the evolution of ideas that we are going to present with this year’s concept interior.”
The galley/bar complex will this year be exhibited within the context of aircraft configuration, with the addition of complementary front-row monuments.
“We want to present new ideas and options, giving our customers the opportunity to see for themselves what is possible in design and engineering terms”, continued Richard. “We will focus on ideas that are achievable in the cabin and feasible for the requirements of the airlines and OEMs. We will also be illustrating how such designs can work to reinforce an airline’s particular brand, delivering both recognition and differentiation.”
The AIM Altitude name was launched 1st January 2015, following AIM Aviation’s acquisition of Altitude Aerospace Interiors on 22nd September 2014.
