AIM Altitude was one of 530 exhibitors last week at the Hamburg Cabin Interiors Expo 2016.
The annual exhibition sees around 16,000 attendees, with more than 1,000 airline executives, from 188 airlines, including: Qatar Airways, Emirates, China Airlines and Swiss International Air Lines.
At this year’s 17th edition of AIX, the contemporary comfort of AIM Altitude’s stand design eased guests onto the show floor, where visitors could partake in a walk through from ‘concept to completion’.
AIM Altitude wanted to develop something new and exciting this year by introducing a Virtual Experience, showcasing three schemes for the Door2 area of a commercial wide body. The schemes were named Classic, Space and Social, each featuring increasing levels of customisation to demonstrate the possibilities with the Door 2 area.
Brought to life by the stunning realistic renders visitors were immersed into a wide body aircraft environment with the option of taking in a number of views in each of the schemes.
Visitors to the stand also admired the ‘concept studio’ and development phase, where ideas and techniques were displayed, prior to the Virtual Experience representation. The tour was completed with a physical galley incorporating conceptual aisle modules for increased functionality combined with pleasing aesthetics.
The 2 tier stand enabled visitors to be hosted in the quiet meeting room whilst on the lower stand the bar area perfectly catered for the cocktail party at the end of day one, which was greatly received by the stand guests.
AIM Altitude as always welcomed a number of well-known and new faces to the interactive stand and is already in talks regarding the exciting new concepts for AIX 2017.
