AIM Altitude will be showcasing an example of its Boeing 777 galleys at the Dubai Airshow 2015.
AIM Altitude is supplying galleys to the B777 programme in 2016 and is working with Boeing on achieving full offerability for the platform in due course. The show galley has been designed, manufactured and tested to meet Boeing 777 requirements. It has also been enhanced with a number of features to demonstrate potential improvements in galley design and aesthetics.
Baden Smith, VP Business Development at AIM Altitude, said:
“Whilst many airlines do treat galleys as a utilitarian part of the aircraft interior, we are increasingly seeing the need for enhanced design and aesthetics in zones that interact with airline passengers. Having a galley that is cost effective but that fits the requirements of the crew and makes a positive contribution to the look and feel of the cabin is a significant advantage.”
Chris Whetter, VP Corporate Accounts in the Middle East said:
“We are looking forward to meeting with our friends and customers in the UAE. The Dubai Airshow will provide a good opportunity to discuss the possibilities we present for not only galleys but also premium cabin interiors, for which AIM Altitude has become so well known. We will also have some branding panel concepts that many airlines have already adopted to deliver differentiation in the aircraft cabin. We expect these to prove popular.”
