Following their acquisition of a majority stake in AIM Aviation, TowerBrook Capital Partners have appointed Andy Stevens as Chairman of AIM Aviation. Andy was previously CEO of Cobham plc and with over 37 years experience in the aerospace industry and being a Doctor of Science and Engineering, a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of RAeS and IEE, he brings a wealth of experience to the new board.
Patrick Smulders and Rayhan Davis both of TowerBrook and Martin Draper of LDC have also been appointed to the new board.
