AIM Aviation is proud to present its 12 apprentices who have been working with the company throughout 2013.
They are each at various stages of their apprenticeship, with some having started this year and others having nearly completed two years of training. AIM Aviation is committed to supporting talented individuals who are keen to develop their skills within the aviation industry and the company runs a very active apprenticeship scheme.
Colin Thornton, managing director of Cabin Interiors at AIM Aviation, says: “The aviation industry demands the highest possible standards and apprenticeships are important in allowing AIM Aviation to grow its own talent. Indeed, we have had apprentices who have continued to work for AIM Aviation for their entire career. We have also had the children and grandchildren of employees apply to be apprentices. While we are a global leader in aircraft interiors, clearly we are still a family business at heart.”
